Slytherin Pride
Not being a Gryffindor doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not brave, not being a Ravenclaw doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not intelligent, not being a Hufflepuff doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not loyal, and being a Slytherin doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. In reality, I love all the houses and what they represent; they are a huge reason of why I love the Harry Potter series. But my favourite is Slytherin.
Slytherins are not all evil and horrible. Severus Snape is proof of that. He was brave like a Gryffindor, intelligent like a Ravenclaw, loyal like a Hufflepuff, and cunning— and he was head of the Slytherin house. I think if all Slytherins had good intentions, they could do whatever they wanted to, and achieve the impossible.
I love Slytherin because of their ambition. I feel that, of all the house qualities, this is the one I have always had. The need to do something greater than I could ever imagine. The desire to prove everyone wrong and achieve success. I relate to it, and this is why I am a Slytherin.
Not to mention they’re also really badass and cool.
